Our Story

We are Aziz and Justina, a Moroccan-Australian couple who met in Shanghai and have lived and worked in cities around the globe. In 2012 we moved from Shanghai to Casablanca with our two sons. When we arrived (and needed a break from delicious Moroccan food!), we craved a relaxed space to enjoy a specialty coffee and a healthy meal. There was not much around back then, so in 2015 we opened Bondi Coffee Kitchen. We were the first in Morocco to import a La Marzocco coffee machine. Now, a decade later, we like to think Bondi helped start a small but growing specialty coffee culture & healthy food movement!

At Bondi Coffee Kitchen, we are passionate about creating an inviting space for you to unwind and savour the moment. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional friendly service and a great dining experience. We believe in the power of good food and great company, which is why we strive to be more than just a cafe. We are a community hub, a place where stories are shared, and memories are made.
